Coney Island Hot Dog Eating Contest this Saturday at Sky Hi!

Please join us at Sky Hi Grill this Saturday at 5:00 p.m. for the Coney Island Hot Dog Eating Contest!

Only twelve participants may participate in the Hot Dog Contest. There is a $10 charitable donation plus a $1 process fee for entering the contest. The charitable donation will be going to help the Columbia Boys & Girls Club. Please purchase your tickets through TicketLeap at http://skyhi.ticketleap.com/hotdogcontest

Contestants will be divided into three-person heats. A hot dog and bun must be fully consumed at the end of the heat to count. There will be a three-minute time limit in each heat. The contestant that consumes the most hot dogs overall wins! If you eat 10 hot dogs and buns, you will also be considered a winner. If there is a tie, we will have one more heat to get a winner.

All contestants will be given an authentic Coney Island t-shirt and glass! The winner(s) will be awarded a Coney Island Variety pack and another surprise gift!! Even if you don’t want to participate, we would like to encourage friends, family and onlookers to take part in this event. It will be fun!!

Starting Saturday we will have Coney Island Sword Swallower (IPA Style) on draft celebrating this event. It has a delicate balance of 8 hops and 4 luscious malts! We are also having a hot dog special with fries for only $4.95 on Saturday. For every hot dog special that is sold, $1.00 will be donated to the Columbia Boys & Girls Club. You shouldn't miss out!
